JBTrack is our own product, and businesses use it every day to run their work. That experience of building and running real software goes into every project we take on.

Questions
No, it's optional. Website Care ($40/month) is for simple websites. Custom apps with a database, logins or payments need App Care, which we price for each app. Without a plan, we hand you the files and you host it yourself. With either plan, you get a lower hourly rate on changes.
A website is a set of files, so there's very little to look after. A custom app has a database and a server. That means daily backups, regular security updates to the server code, and monitoring to catch problems early. App Care covers that work, and your cloud costs are billed at what we pay, with no markup.
Your logo, a few photos, what you offer and where you are. We'll tell you if anything else is needed on the first call.
Yes. Send us the link and we'll quote a new site or tell you what we'd change.
No. They're separate. JBTrack is our own product, and you can hire us for a website or custom tool without it.
Swapping photos, updating prices or hours, adding a service or a section. Bigger work, like a new page, gets a written quote first.
